How Much Does a Disability Lawyer Cost?
Makris disability lawyers work on a percentage basis, meaning we only get paid if your claim is approved.
Our attorney fees for Social Security Disability cases are charged as a percentage of your back pay and are only due if your case is successful. For instance, if you apply on January 1 and your case is approved 12 months later in December, we will receive 25% of the checks for those 12 months. There are no charges on your future payments, and the total fee cannot exceed $9,200 unless the case goes to federal court, where the fee is 25% of the total past-due benefits.
